Criteria for Judging…?

Well criteria are very much important in judging something, to know the percentage of the perfect ness that it contains.

So the question, why is it that in judging websites, there is 60% for the content and only 40% for the beautification? Well, in judging, the content is very valuable, for it recognize the significance of a certain website. To know the realization or even self-inducement that is really attached to his/her own work. Whether, it related to his/her own inspiration, or his/her goals, or experiences, or even his/her own background as well. Aside from that, content also derive based from its own skills and learning, to know the capacity of his understanding.

Beautification is only a 40%, for it is just only an appetite to improve the appearance of a certain work. Or simply an eye catching decoration in order the work is not bared to look at by the visitor.
